Aim and Scope

Arete Politik Felsefe Dergisi is a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to original research in political philosophy and critical theory. The journal publishes theoretical contributions that engage with both classical and contemporary debates, including political ontology, ethics, ideology critique, biopolitics, post-Marxism, and critical social theory.

The Journal aims to provide an international forum for philosophical reflection on political concepts, practices, and structures, encouraging dialogue between different philosophical traditions and contemporary theoretical approaches. The journal welcomes interdisciplinary perspectives insofar as they contribute to philosophical debates on politics.

Arete Politik Felsefe Dergisi aims to publish scientific articles that reflect original ideas from political philosophy in particular and from various fields of social sciences such as political science, philosophy, sociology, psychology, and history which connect with political philosophy in general.

Arete Politik Felsefe Dergisi  aims to contribute to the expansion of intellectual boundaries by publishing interdisciplinary studies on political philosophy. While the journal’s primary focus is on issues related to political philosophy, you are invited to submit your work without being limited to the topics listed below.
